Just like in the U.S., it is back to school time for some of our BC education students! We were incredibly blessed this year to be able to enroll more than 20 children (many of whom are pictured above) in different education outlets thanks to generous sponsors. While some are midway through their year in regular private school which runs February to November, the new bilingual school year will begin later this month. We currently have five students in need of full or partial sponsorship. Please take a look at the profiles below and consider whether you could contribute toward their educations.
Each child enrolled in bilingual school needs a one-time donation of $600 to cover upfront costs and a $150 monthly donation to cover tuition and transportation. Some students listed below already have a portion of their overall sponsorship covered, while others still need the full amount. Sponsors may choose to contribute the full cost or a smaller level of support which can be combined with other donors to create a full sponsorship.
As we watch the students in the education program grow over the years, it is clear that a quality education not only helps them progress academically; it also increases their confidence and opens up their dreams for the future. It is a challenge at times (like it is for all kids) to stay the course, but God continues to shower His grace and provide incredible support through the students’ teachers, tutors, the BC staff, and our wonderful U.S. sponsors.
We are excited for this academic year, both for the returning students and the new additions, and we hope that you can be a part of it.
